Description
Geta (下駄) are traditional Japanese footwear characterized by wooden soles attached to wooden planks called 「歯」”ha”(teeth), and they have a thong-like strap called 「鼻緒」”hanao” that holds the foot in place. While often worn to complement yukata and kimono attire, they are appreciated for the pleasant feeling of the wooden planks against bare feet.
